TENANTS / ORGANIC FARMERS WANTED

We are purchasing the 100 acre farm we have been caretaking for 3 years and are planning a mixed use Organic/Ecological farm operation.
We are a young family who currently raise Dairy goats, tamworth pigs, heritage poultry and a few other random four-legged friends as well as hay, sometimes grain, a decent garden and many other little projects always on the go.
This fall we will have a 2 bedroom farmhouse situated next to our own home that we would love to rent out to people who would like to farm our land with us. Terms of rental are negotiable. We have a barn and machinery and some other outbuildings as well as up to 25 acres that can be used. We would love to see a CSA, mushrooms, herbs, grapes, market garden or may even be up to more livestock as well. We are open to discussion.
There is a new Acton Market starting this year and we are also close to major routes and not too far from some big cities as well. There is much potential here and really want to see the most come from this land.
