The house includes a composting toilet and an outhouse. Wifi is available. There is a corral and animal shelter near the house.
There exists the option for a second title to the adjacent/joining 7.25 acres which includes a 384 square foot log cabin and a prime building site. The cabin is powered by solar and backup propane. The main building site has an active well and a Pro Flo Wastewater Treatment Plant.
We have lovingly stewarded this land for 20+ years, and due to aging, are now ready to find new guardians for this beautiful sanctuary. As I write this we are looking out the window at the birds, squirrels and deer who feed daily from the feeder.
