There is busing available for school, and we are only 10 min from the towns of Lampman and Benson. 25 min to the small city of Estevan, and just shy of 2 hrs to the large city of Regina.

We are very negotiable on all parts of the sale IE: livestock/tractor/ and other commodities like wood/steel/etc. And pardon the mess, we are not only finishing up the extensive renovations, but preparing for the sale.
