Each listing includes:

  1. Text — Unlimited text / description;
    • Easily edit the text or asking price at any time;
    • If needed, pause and relist at no additional charge.
  2. Photos — Email us up to 20 photos; our team will upload them.
  3. Links — Feel free to include links to other sites such as your agent, MLS, additional photos, etc.
  4. Video — If you have a video or 3D-tour that's hosted elsewhere such as Youtube or Vimeo, please send us the link. If your video host allows, we'll include it in your listing. (Otherwise we'll just link to it.)

To make this all happen, we charge a very small, one-time fee:

  • Standard listing — $200  (covers your listing until sold / max 1 year)
  • Special arrangement — If you have special needs or circumstances, please email us and tell us what's up. 

Your listing can remain online until sold, or up to one year, whichever comes first.

Is my property “green” enough?

It's really up to you. We list a wide variety of homes, farms and properties. Some are much “greener” than others, but all are welcome. When we receive your listing, our dedicated team will look it over. If we have any questions, we'll let you know.

Do I need a real estate agent?

It's entirely up to you. We welcome for-sale-by-owner as well as agent listings. In either case, we're here to help you attract motivated buyers who will value what your property has to offer.

Guarantee

EcoProperty is run by a dedicated team, motivated to find suitable buyers. Many people have sold their homes and properties here. But if for any reason you're unhappy with our service, please let us know within 90 days of listing. We'll refund your payment in full.
